"Our full replacement of furnace, AC and thermostat went very smoothly. The estimate was prepared in a timely manner and the price was reasonable.
The work was performed quickly and the clean-up was thorough. We had no reservations about having the work personnel in our home unattended by us while the project was being completed. The entire process was without issues and no return visits were necessary.
We were extremely pleased and would highly recommend Suburban highly to
others. "

"Power went out completely over 1 year ago and I did not want that to happen again. So, I called Suburban Services Group and they came right out, told me my options, and gave me an estimate on the spot. Shortly thereafter, they installed my new Guardian Generator. Now when my neighborhood is in the dark, I have the security that, in a few seconds, my Guardian generator will start and I will have my power back on again.
A few weeks later, the power went out and what a great feeling it was to hear my generator start and to see the lights come back on.
Oh, on your next power failure, drive by my house….I’ll leave the light on for you."

"A while ago, someone left my sink running. It overflowed. It was coming down onto the furnace in the cellar. I called Suburban Services Group and spoke to Tracey. She sent a technician right away. He stayed and assured me that all was well. The furnace had not been hurt. He plastered a place in the ceiling where there had been a water leak.
I am very pleased with Suburban’s work ethics. If they are going to not be on time, they call me and say that they are delayed. I am happy with their service. Also, since 1994, Tracey is always kind to me and sends the men who have fixed many water leaks. I think of her as a friend. Suburban has been cleaning my furnace for years, I recommend them to anyone."

"About 2 years ago, we bought a Guardian Automatic Standby Generator from Suburban Services Group. As my wife, Clare, says we have health insurance, car insurance and home insurance. BUT nothing to keep the feet warm when the power fails. A few years back we were without power and heat for more than 9 hours. That winter day things got very cold. We decided that it was about time to consider “insurance” that would keep the furnace going during those cold wintry days. Sooo, to the rescue comes Craig MacDonald and a very convenient generator. It is natural gas fired and very efficient. Because of our purchase and being very visual, other neighbors too have made this investment."
